TetraBOOST

Press Release - October 2010

TetraBOOST Price Increase

After holding their price for the past six years, TetraBOOST announce with regret that the price per box of 8 containers will rise from £120 to £140 per box as from the 1st of November 2010. As before, the cost includes VAT and delivery to anywhere on the UK mainland except a few post codes in the highlands of Scotland. This price change represents a rise of only 2.3p per treated litre. TetraBOOST expects to absorb the forthcoming rise in VAT from 17.5% to 20%.

According to the FBHVC, the number of Bayford Thrust garage sites has dwindled to less than 25 nationwide. Now more than ever, TetraBOOST is the only practical way to motor throughout the UK and Europe on leaded fuel - all the way there and all the way back. Indeed, a number of cars in the Peking to Paris Motor Challenge are running the entire distance on TetraBOOST leaded petrol.

By 2011, TetraBOOST expects to be turning between three quarters of a million and one million litres of unleaded into BS4040 standard leaded fuel every year.
